วิธีลงสำหรับคนที่มีเกมเต็มจากที่อื่นคือ
1.แตกไฟล์ DLC แล้วนำไปวางทับที่ท่านติดตั้งเกม
2.แตกไฟล์ Manual Patch Update นำไปวางที่ท่านติดตั้งเกม
3.ไปที่ไฟล์ alterIWNet.ini แก้บรรทัด Server=*** ให้เป็น Server=server.alteriw.net
4.alterIWnet_configure ใช้ในการตั้งชื่อ
5.iw4mp.exe ใช้เป็นตัวเข้าเล่น
6.iw4sp.exe Fix Error IWNET INVALID VERSION สำหรับเล่น Singleplayer
ปล.ทำตามนี้จะเล่นได้ทุกโหมด Sp , Mp , Co-Op

วิธีเล่น Special Ops Co-Op

วิธีเล่น Coop แบบง่ายๆ

ใครที่โหลดเกมของผมไปไม่ต้องโหลดแล้วครับอ่านวิธีเข้าเล่นได้เลย

คืออย่างแรก เราโหลดตัว alterIWNet Launcher มาก่อนแล้วนำไปลงในที่ติดตั้งเกม

สำหรับตัวนี้ ใช้ได้ กับเกมตัวเต็ม 11Gb เท่านั้น

ขั้นตอนแรก สำหรับการเล่น Spec Ops

***สำหรับคนครี ห้อง***
1. เปิดโปรแกรมขึ้นมา กด เลข 2 สีเขียว จะมีข้อความ ถามว่า เล่นกับเพื่อนไหมกดตอบ Yes แล้วจะมี ช่องใส่ IP สำหรับคนครี กด Server Mode ไปเลย ไม่ต้องใส่ไรในช่องนั้น
2. พอเข้าเกมมาแล้วเข้าโหมด Two players ไปตั้งระดับความยากกับด่าน รอแล้ว บอก IP ให้กับคนที่จะมาเล่นกับเราด้วย

***สำหรับคนจอยห้อง***
1. เปิดโปรแกรมขึ้นมา กด เลข 2 สีเขียว จะมีข้อความ ถามว่า เล่นกับเพื่อนไหมกดตอบ Yes แล้วจะมี ช่องใส่ IP ให้ใส่ IP ของคนครี แล้วกด Client Mode
2.พอเข้าเกมมากด F12 รัวๆ ก็จะ เข้าห้องของคนที่ครี

***ตอนเล่นจะไม่สามารถพิมพ์คุยกันได้ ต้องหาโปรแกรม คุยผ่านไมค์ Ts หรือ skype กันเอาเองแต่ถ้ามี เซ้นส เล่นกันได้ก็ เก่ง
ถ้าไม่เข้าใจไปดูคลิปวิธีลงอยู่ตอน 6 นาที
